Rūta Radevičė is a contemporary artist from Lithuania whose practice moves between abstraction and figurative painting. Working primarily in acrylic on canvas, she creates expressive, atmospheric works that explore human emotion, transformation, vulnerability, and the elusive nature of personal experience.

Her paintings often inhabit a space between the recognizable and the imagined. Human figures, animals, fragments of faces, and hybrid forms emerge from layered surfaces, functioning less as literal subjects than as symbols of inner states and memories. Recurring elements become visual metaphors—open to association rather than fixed interpretation.

Radevičė’s process is intuitive and largely spontaneous.
